Join us for our first Equity Examined Half-Day Virtual Workshop!
Deepen your anti-bias, antiracist teaching practice and leadership. You will learn thoughtful strategies for using the Equity Examined tool and leave with ideas and action steps designed to move your school towards its ABAR mission. This session will provide an in depth opportunity to explore Equity Examined with members of the community to help you and your organization create a more inclusive and equitable Montessori environment for everyone.

Maati Wafford (she/her) is the director of equity and engagement at AMS. She designs and delivers professional development for educators and administrators specific to justice and anti-bias, antiracist (ABAR) education. She also supports the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of the organization.
